Firstly, we propose to use drywall steel framing to fix paper gypsum board for suspended ceiling and partition wall application, instead of wood keel, drywall steel profile produced by Sinoceiling has many good features: deform, light weight, high strength, anti-corrosion and so on. it can be easily installed with paper gypsum board. The attentions  during process  of installation listed as below:

1. The strength and deformation performance of gypsum board depend on the installation direction, which is well fixed on drywall metal profile by drywall screws, and should be installed under the state of no stress, and is fixed  from the middle of the board to the four sides with drywall screws.

2. Gypsum plasterboard should be installed with drywall ceiling channel or carrier, it can't  be hanged alone. If the joint gap of drywall metal profile cannot be avoided, the gypsum plasterboard shall be dislocated installation, and the channel joint position and shall not fall on the same joint gap of galvanised steel framing.

3. Paper gypsum board installed with galvanised metal profile has different stress angles, then the vertical and horizontal joints of gypsum plasterboard are affected by various stresses. so drywall joint tape should be properly reserved between the gypsum boards.
